We aim to provide the highest standard of care and quality of medicine. We know they are members of your family and treat them as members of our own. Our goal is to provide an environment that is warm and comfortable for them, somewhere a bit closer to home.

For our clients: 

Our goal is to provide a place where you feel heard and seen when it comes to your concerns. A space where all are welcome, without discrimination or judgment. We aim to give you the advice and information that you need to make the decision that is best for you and your family. Money does not drive us, love and care for animals, and our clients do. 

For our staff: 

As a female-owned and driven small business opened during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had our share of struggles, but the industry standard of high staff turnover, burnout, and quantity over quality is not what we do. We aim to give our staff and doctors a schedule that allows them to live a life outside the clinic. Working in this industry is not who we are, it is just a part of who we are.

Compassion is at the forefront of our business, not only for our patients but also for our clients and employees. Please remember that we truly care and have your pet’s best interests at heart. Kindness matters. Always. We expect it from every staff member and we expect it from you too. There is a human behind every nametag and phone call that deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. We are mental health advocates, and allies and aim to create a safe space for all.
